Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing our freeze-dried healthy food products. This Shipping Policy provides information about order processing, delivery methods, timeframes, and conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union distance selling requirements.
1. General Delivery Conditions
1.1. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation has been received.
1.2. Deliveries are carried out through third-party logistics partners.
1.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the Buyer.
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1. Goods are delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment receipt.
2.2. In exceptional cases (holiday periods, force majeure circumstances, or other reasons beyond the Seller’s control), delivery may take longer. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed about possible delays.
3. Delivery Methods and Costs
3.1. Orders are delivered using the following parcel locker networks:
- LP Express parcel locker – 1.99 EUR
- Omniva parcel locker – 2.30 EUR
- SmartPosti parcel locker – 1.95 EUR
3.2. Free delivery applies to orders from 40 EUR.
3.3. Delivery methods and prices may be updated, but the final delivery cost will always be displayed during checkout.
4. Order Collection
4.1. The Buyer undertakes to collect the shipment within the time period specified by the courier or parcel locker operator.
4.2. If a shipment is not collected on time and is returned to the Seller, additional re-shipping costs may be applied to the Buyer.
5. Shipment Inspection
5.1. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer should inspect the condition of the package.
5.2. If damage or discrepancies are noticed, it is recommended to:
- document the damage with photos;
- immediately inform us via email at info@smartbite.lt.
6. Delivery Liability
6.1. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer at the moment the shipment is delivered to the Buyer or their designated recipient.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
